This legendary being is worshiped by water elementals, who believe that he created them (this is probably true). He bears a striking resemblance to the Moon Lord, and it is possible they are related or even the same person. Cultists believe that he is the dark half of the moon, while most other religions alternately believe he's a demon, a hallucination, or a lie.
